Preston

... is best known to television viewers for his appearance in the 2006 series of Celebrity Big Brother, when he finished fourth, and for his subsequent appearance on Never Mind the Buzzcocks (in 2007).

In Celebrity Big Brother, Preston began a relationship with Chantelle Houghton, who was not a celebrity but was sent in as a non–celebrity with the task of persuading her housemates that she was. She ended up winning the series.

Houghton and Preston married later in 2006. On Buzzcocks, presenter Simon Amstell annoyed Preston right from the start by implying that the Ordinary Boys had no fans. He went on to embarrass Preston by reading extracts from his wife's autobiography, after which the singer walked off set. Preston and Houghton divorced in 2007.
